RETURNS POLICY FOR PURCHASES

To process your return request, please read the following information.

We want to make shopping online as easy as possible for you. That's why we offer FREE returns on UK purchases!


We hope you love your online purchases from Stone Circle. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return the item/s you've purchased. Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase for Full Price items. Returns must be lodged through registered post, using the link provided.(please keep receipt as proof of posting) We do not offer returns or exchanges for Sale items. Jewellery will not be accepted as a change of mind for hygiene reasons, however we would accept return of faulty goods (please contact us first in this instance!). All sale items are considered final sale. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags and packaging must remain in place. We suggest our customers try on purchased garments as soon as they are received to ensure return times can be met. Returned items lost in the post are not the responsibility of My Stone Circle.

EXCHANGES

You can exchange a full priced item within 14 days of purchase for a different size or colour as required.  Our garments are exclusive and limited so to avoid disappointment we recommend purchasing your new item as soon as possible.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for one year from the date of issue. They can partially redeemed, and use again, or used alongside a cash purchase. Goods purchased with the voucher can be returned for an exchange but not a cash refund. For exchange enquiries, please enter your details into the form below and you will receive a response shortly.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please be aware that exchanges are not available for international customers due to the expense of shipment. We do, however, offer a 28 day refund providing that the criteria above and quality specifications are maintained. We also require evidence of tracking numbers and confirmation via email at support@mystonecircle.com so please contact us as soon as you can to organise this procedure. Unfortunately, our free returns process does not apply to international orders at this stage.



RETURNS PROCESSING

When we have the items back in our possession, we will review them for quality clearance. Once this has been approved successfully, you will either receive your refund of the purchase price, minus the postage of the original order. If you have ordered a return for exchange, we will send the item out with no additional charge for post. We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are approved but please allow 7 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notification on the status once processed.

PLEASE NOTE

Stone Circle retains the right to amend and update these policies when required. These changes will come into effect as soon as they are published and live on our website.
